Purpose

The purpose of the Foundation is to promote studies in Basic and Clinical Neurosciences.

With this aim the Foundation will:

·      assign, every two years, the DMK specialisation fellowship to a young Italian researcher to work for one year in an European Department of  Neuroscience;

·  assign every two years, in alternation with the previously mentioned fellowship, the DMK International Prize honouring important research contributions in the field of Basic and Clinical Neurosciences;

·        accomplish all other activities connected with the aims outlined above.
